The Problem We Saw That We Couldn't Ignore
InstitutionERP began when our founder spent time working with Institution administrators across India and witnessed something that was hard to unsee: talented, dedicated Institution owners drowning in paperwork while their competitors were getting ahead.
Fee defaulters piling up because there was no reminder system. Admission enquiries lost in WhatsApp chats. Parents frustrated by lack of real-time updates. Principals spending 3 hours every morning just reconciling attendance registers.
The existing software solutions were either too expensive for medium-sized Institutions, too complex for non-technical staff, or built for foreign Institution systems that don't match Indian workflows.
